Why do people crash when it's raining? If you can barely see because it's raining so hard, slow down. If the limit is 50 km/h, do 40. Chances are everyone else is doing the same thing, except for the dicks who still who're still doing 70 in the 50 zone, despite not being able to see 20 feet in front of their dash. :2 cents:
