there may still be a " Big One" here in the states? What do you think?

There is going to be "big ones" here, espically in so cal for the rest of our lives. I am sure when you went to school, they educated you on that. Be prepared, an 8.0 earthquake will hit California before you die. Thats for sure...

definitely, i agree with gary that there will be more then one Big One , but i dont think that they will predict when. they have never been able to predict shit and i dont think they ever will.. stuff like this happens randomly all over the world. its sad when it does such big damage and takes so many lives. especially with countries with less fortunate people

so many damages, so many casualaties..let's just pray that there's no another one again.
