well, for programms it be $200 per 1000 galleries - 4000 thumbs ($50 per 1000 - one dimension) from pictures galleries.
for movies - post your average file size of movies at FHGs - i have pay-per-use connection - so it can be different price (maybe)

+ maybe some readme file in zips with thumbs (not sure about this).

you don't need to download the movie file if the gallery has movie thumbs...

well - maybe you know - not always these thumbs at movies galleries have good quality.

so - get frame from video still sometimes much better.

so - 88*88 goes for $70/1000 thumbs as separate order.

i should add following - because alot of people contacted me for thumbs croping.

i make things clean - these prices for partnership programm who getting full package - 4000 thumbs (4 different dimensions for each gallery) - 1000 unique galleries.

for persons (not affiliate programms) price per 1000 thumbs raise - not too big raise - but note this please.
