Ok, I have an area on BornAgain-Christians that would fit a nice Opt in email sponsor.

Does anyone have any recomendations on which sponsors do better, and why?

I'm signed up with cybererotica, (teen-mail4free) and python (naughty mail). Which one would you recommend? Or is there a different one that you would suggest?

teenmail4free didnt work for me at all
i tried it two weeks ago and i had 1 verified from 3 submission coming from 400 banner clicks

i prefer teen-mail4free.. the 10$ upsells they offer really start to rack up after a while.

I'd recommend GammaCash. They only pay 45 cents per confirmation, but the confirm percentage was high when I used them in the past.
