I'm assuming since you said that that the movie was a good one. I haven't seen it yet, but was thinking I'd like to.

The movie was great.

It does really make you think.

It's not for everyone. I liked it, though.

Probably one of the most predictable movies i've ever seen...unbelievable premis (and i dont mean unbelievable as in great...as in, retarted)....and if it really stop and made you think...then you must stop and think about a lot of pointless bullshit....

1.5 stars in my book...worth the price of popcorn IF your buddy rented the movie

I made the mistake of reading the book first, then watching it in the theatre. How awful. They butchered the story beyond recognition. The acting was... pretty solid. The story was.. predictable and out of date, no matter what they did to update it. I want my money back.

Worse was that Blockbuster pulled the original movie from the shelves when the new one hit the theatre! They've been sneaky like that lately.

I'll probably rent it on the weekend. I hope its a decent movie.

Conspiracy theories with some whit are one thing....like Enemy of the State for instance...


But this is just outdated and predictable IMO....mediocre rental...even worse in theatres (which is where i had the pleasure of seeing it)

The classic version is much better...however if you have never seen it or read the book then the new flick is entertaining on it's own merit.

Well worth the 2+ hours. Sort of a crazy idea... but fun in a science fiction sort of way.

I thought it was pretty decent but didn't hold a candle to the original, which should have been remembered as one of the better movies ever made. But it was supressed for so many years that only real movie fans ever saw it.

yeah i've seen that too and it's really great movie!

I really liked the movie. I'm surprised it didn't get better reviews.
