London England, 4 Women Chasing Every Guy???

I was just watching Oprah, ...they said that in London England that there are on average "4" women chasing every guy there! They also mentioned that women buy dogs, and walk around the parks in hopes of luring a man.

If this is true, I'm going to start packing my bags. *LOL* ..Anyone from London England here to verify this? That is a seriously AWESOME women-to-man ratio! :banana
