here's a bump for you.

How would you handle a situation if one of my clients had a problem and they started getting irate with you? Would you try to professionally rectify the situation and do whatever they asked with full compliance...or would you act like you usually do and go off on a tirade and cost me the customer and future business?

I wouldent give you a job now, but maybe in a year when you learn some more ... I would. Read some more tuts and put in alittle more hands on work ... and you're going to be on the right path.

I wish the big programs did have 24 hour ICQ reps online...I cant count how many times I've tried to contact certain programs but their reps have the opposite schedule....

I wouldn't mind if you were hired and they gave you a manual or something because I do a lot of my work at night having a rep on would help a lot...Great idea man I hope you get something...

between myself and the rest of the company we pretty much have all time zones covered. I am waking up as the guys on the west coast are going to bed and that works really well.

Good luck HKS, it is the way the customer service side of this industry should be heading. Our customers don't all have the same time zones so why do we?
