Hate to disappoint everyone but the truth is there really is no drama here.

Here is the truth.

1st Twistys and Twistyscash are without a doubt one of the most honest run paysites and affiliate programs on the adult web today. We do more for our affiliates than they will ever know. We actually add sales to our affiliates that they never got. We send them bonuses they aren't expecting. We send them gifts they aren't expecting. We do everything to give them back as much as possible and to make them as much money as possible. Why do we do that? Because that is how our company is going to grow. Treating webmasters fairly, paying them on time, making them money. If we didn't do that we'd have nobody promoting us.

The same applies with Twistys. Twistys is without a doubt one of the top paysites in the adult market. We have 540,000+ Images, 1200+ models, we update every single day with at least 4 photosets and one complete video scene. As with our affiliates we do everything in our power to make our member's happy and give back as much as we can to them.

We care more about the surfer than almost any other site. We honestly feel that treating the surfer like shit hurts our industry in the long run. We are here for the long run. We don't run a pay per signup site. We don't have exit console hell. We don't cross sell. We don't use dialers. We don't redirect euro traffic. We treat every surfer with the way we would like to be treated.


2nd. Yes we do run freesites. We run Sexape. Picwarehouse. Bigbreaslovers. Anybody who knows our sites knows a few things. First that we try to run quality sites. We have no consoles. No dialers. No spyware. No Bullshit. Second is that we have put all of our time over the past 2 years in Twistys. We have not accepted new trades. We have not made any real changes to the sites. All we have done is updated and maintained. The truth is we had no time for them (quick note: that is all about to change in 2005 .

Last year we put up a BigBreastLovers msg board. The goal was to create a community for our surfers to get together and discuss breasts. Things went well at first and we have a very good moderator that worked his ass off to make sure the board was as clean as possible. However whenever you run a board that allows anyone (LIKE ANONS) to post you are going to run in to trouble. You have people spamming their links, others spamming spyware, others spamming dialers and others posting links to other sites. Our moderator did his best to keep things clean and in the process he pissed off some people. Which will always be the case when you run a board with 30,000 members. I know alot of people are mad at us. Webmasters in particular. They are unhappy their content was listed there. I even banned the listing of images on the site. But surfers still posted links to galleries or places with loads of content and webmasters still got mad. I'm guessing xxxotic is one of those and I believe Paul Moore is one of them as well. The easy fix is usually just a simple htaccess fix and their bandwidth issue would have been fixed. Who knows. Bottomline is the board grew fast and I had no time to keep my eye on things so i shut it down. Our goal with the bigbreastlovers board was not to create a haven for surfers to get loads of illegal content. We didn't want to piss off our webmasters. Our goal was simply to build a community and have the power of that community make webmasters loads of money. Whether that was happening or not, i don't know. All i know is I received a few emails from a few webmasters that believed the BOARD was the fault and not the people posting the content and hosting it. That is who the webmasters had to go after, the people posting that shit around. Because you can believe we weren't the only site that content is getting posted on.


As you can see I'm very upfront and willing to discuss any of this. We are an honest company that has one anon posting on every board making up lies. I don't mind people attacking my business decisions. But when someone goes around posting FAKE email replies from me. That's lame and that along with the other stuff he is posting are grounds for legal action.

Now to reply specifically to Paul Moore. Here is some background information on Paul Moore. He has been going around posting on boards attacking us. All his posts are his first and he is making up lies and posting FALSE email replies from me. Anyhow here is a breakdown of his posts and my reply.



First up his SPYWARE lie. I invite anyone and everyone to view our twistys galleries. We get more than 1,000,000 uniques a day to them. We have never had one spyware report. We have never had one webmaster drop us. We are on all of the top tgps and have never had any issues. This is a blatant lie.

galleries. 2 years ago we went into a partnership with a site called Explicit Films. We would promote it they would run it. The partnership didn't work out and we gave our webmasters i believe it was at least 1 month notice (i believe it was 3 months) that we'd be closing Explicit Films down and that as a result all galleries would no longer be active and would be re-directed to twistys. We gave our webmasters the notice even though it meant running the site and galleries at a loss for 3 months. We took a major hit on that and it was never passed along to our webmasters. Before redirecting the galleries I went thru all our referring urls and emailed every webmaster that was still sending traffic to those galleries a personal note that they would be redirected soon. When a site is closed down you can't leave galleries up for a site that doesn't exist.


Now regarding his first FAKE EMAIL he posted. I'd love anyone to come out and show me some proof of traffic Twistys is redirecting in the past few weeks as the FAKE EMAIL suggests.

And finally he takes my VOLUNTARY shutting down of the bbl board as a sign that we were forced to close down. I addressed this in my last post.

With regards to the two other sites redirecting to twistys galleries. I don't know who they are and i have never had anything to do with them.

Regarding Paul's 3rd anonymous post.



First you say we redirect. Then you say you got spyware complaints and now you are mentioning auto bookmarks. There is no consistency with this guy. Which is it? What are you accusing us of? And post some fuckin proof. All you can do is make up false email you claim I wrote but you can't post proof. If there is spyware on my stuff POST URLS! You can't because there aren't any!

Next you post a 4 year old thread. Real sharp. A thread where I took the time to help people re-focus and re-direct themselves and as a result I made alot of people alot of money with that post. Why not read that whole thread and see how many people thank me to this day for it.


Next. "Shap Brags" That's interesting. It sounds like you are someone who makes $5 a month and is upset that you can't figure out how to make money in this business. I brag about 1% as much as most of our competitors. We very rarely make public posts about stuff. Trust me I could brag a HELL OF A LOT MORE ;)

Now with regards to TwistysCash not paying you and owing you alot of money. I told you this in another thread. Post your twistyscash affiliate id. Post how much you are owed. Post which pay periods you are owed for. If you can prove the lies you are accusing us of I'll cut you a $5000 check right here right now in front of everyone. So let's see it, what's your affiliate id? I've got a $5000 check with your name on it. It can go to you for proving your accusations or it can go to my lawyer to make your life hell. Your choice.


And finally his latest FAKE EMAIL claiming I said signups are tough to come by, I feel redirecting it ok and that I will pay him when Twistyscash has money. Anybody with half brain knows that is complete shit. First up even if that were true WHY IN THE WORLD would i say I'll pay when i've got money? And if it were true wouldn't this be on every adult board? We have 1000+ ACTIVE affiliates. Why is it that only one person is complaining? Why because it's BULLSHIT.

The truth is TWISTYS not only has no financial problems but we are investing VERY HEAVILY in some new projects. We have a VERY VERY BIG announcement that we will be making before internext. One that will make everybody that deals with us more money GUARANTEED! And that is only the beginning. 2005 is going to be a great year for us, our affiliates and everyone who does business with us.

The interesting thing about this Paul Moore is he is anonymous. He has posted emails he claims i sent him. The thing is had I sent him those emails then he wouldn't be anonymous. I would not only know who he is, i'd know his mailing info, his twistyscash id everything and he'd have nothing to hide because I'd know everything. However he has to hide his identity.

Its very obvious to see these acquations towards Shap are total bullshit. Look no further then the FAKE email replies he felt neccessary to post with his claims. Who in their right mind running even a lemonaide stand would say such things to a client.

But as anyone knows Shap, and the program knows this is a load of crap. He has done nothing but bend over backwards for his partners and his friends. I have seen him do things for both catagories that 99% of you'all wouldn't do in the same circumstances, and that goes a very long ways in my books.

Twisty's is one of the best programs out there bar none. From the hosted galleries that kick ass in quality and are updated very often too the unexpected and appreciated bonuses that sometimes show up at my door for no reason. And I know I am not the only one thats recieved some kick ass rewards for loyalty or just because the sun shone in the Bahamas that day.

I don't know what this Paul Walters dudes issue is, but I hope Shap finds his true identity and sues him for slander for this.
