Now how the hell am i suppose to advise a friend to pay this bill? SBC is the worst!

LOL, I'm guessing I got the lowest bill so far of $0.06 Cents from ATT Wireless, after 4 months of rebills from my cancellation. Their such punks for putting me on hold for 1 hour too.

write "keep the change" on it before you mail it out.

So they sent a bill for $0.09.

It cost them $0.37 to mail it.
