I'd disown him and contact the girl and then see if she wanted some help in getting back at him.

I will probably never reach for a phone to call the police for anything.

sidenote: this already happened to a friend i used to have..we all disowned him and then two years later he was found innocent...kinda sucks

I don't think about these situations until they come along.

For example... If the girl was my sister I would cut his throat with a kitchen knife and deliver his body to his parents.
