Who has some good ones that can manage over 30 sites or so?

Prefer MYSQL, PHP template driven solutions.

It needs to be easy, cool and somewhat flexible cncerning content and requires the management of links out to content providers.
Also need it to build galleries by upload and decent categorization prcesses.
Price is not a barrier.

I heard Site Depth wasn't good for a larger program. If i am not mistaken one of the larger programs tried it and it just could not handle things. It would conk out all the time and fug things up.
