Why is the time limit to edit your message so short? Whats the benefit to the admins
 

to only allow 1 minute for someone to edit a post?

Im not complaining, im trying to understand the logic of not allowing someone to edit a post beyond a minute.

I would assume it's too make people think before they speak, andto hold them accountable for what they say. Not that anybody around here thinks before they speak, but that's my thought anyway.
