need help. anyone know any place i could stay their for a month or two in January. preferably not too expensive and with internet access. Hotel, motel, basement, whatever are good options. getting very cold here in Canada.

We're not too far from there, and we go there occasionally, but I don't think we have any plans on being there in January or February. But, if you're bringing a cute girl down with you for my hubby, I'll give you directions to my house. :winkwink:

Second dinner at Bern's Steakhouse last night, even better than the first. Like wine? This is the place. They have over 400,000 bottles between the cellar on premises and the two warehouses across town they keep to restock. Yup. 400,000. The chateaubriand (we got 20 oz. for two of us) was done perfectly, nice and crisp on the outside and perfectly medium-rare in the middle. And the prices are very very reasonable considering you get a cup of the INSANELY good french onion soup, a salad, baked potato, fried onions, and fresh organic vegetables included with all the entrees. The escargot and steak tartate were also very good (the tartare being the best ive ever tried) for appetizers. And the visit wouldnt have been complete without a trip up to the dessert room after, with a really nice port and some bananas foster to round out the night. Im still full the next afternoon. If youre in or around Tampa, dont walk, RUN to this place and experience it for yourself.

No, but I wish... There's Playalinda Beach, which is near the Canaveral Seashore, Haulover beach in North Miami, and quite a few nudist resorts in the Tampa area.

We just have acreage, and go naked in our own resort, lol.

I agree! Don't stay in one place... If you're going to be here for a couple months anyway, you might as well make a vacation out of it and see the sights.

tampa is really nice, ive only been over their a couple of times, i went to the skate park of tampa a couple times wich was really fun
