Well this is in reply to posts i have read on The Hun-Colins Posts:

#1 I think that now there is way to much Free Porn out there and you will never change it!

#2 TGP2 is a good idea but will never change the minds of TGP owners like the Hun-Worldsex.

#3 Those top TGPS were the ones that gave all the free porn away now you all have to SuFFer on lower conversions as the pics and gallery sizes are better then most pay sites.

#4 If we could start all over the best type of TGP would be one that only offers 8 pics and the sizes would be limited to say 400x260 in size as a good TEASER! but now you GIVE IT ALL AWAY FOR FREE! is the way and will be the way of these top TGP sites and you will never be able to change it!

#5 Next you will see 5mb movies sites for free then no one will make a dime.

#6 If this all bothers you and you do want to make a change i suggest all webmasters that post to these top TGP sites get together and stop posting to the HUN-WORLD SEX then you would make a differnce!!! No THAT PROBALLY WILL NEVER HAPPEN but if you all did stop posting your full size 20 pic galleries THESE TOP TGP SITES yould have no content to post and we would all make more money and save bandwidth! as the TGP 2 thing is not to good either in my eyes as it has some fake links of blind pics and that wont work either in the long run!

#7 You have to Chop off the Horses Head to get WHAT YOU WANT! that means DONT POST TO THESE BIG TGP sites till they all reduce the BOAT LOAD OF FREE CONTENT they are providing!

AND as a reminder i said 8 pics 2 banners w/ text links and small pics and all of us would make some good cash! but i did this same post 2 years ago and no one listened and i am sure no one will listen now.. so i am wasting my time but giving you the reality of how if all TGP sites Scaled down 2 notches we all would make 65% MORE CASH! as the surfer does not need to join a pay site as he-she can get it -4-FREE!...

How to change this? DONT POST TO THE BIG TGPS SITES! this is just my thoughts.. it wont ever happen but trying is NICE!...

You know, I think all this free content out there made a few things better.

Pay Sites now have to actually have content which includes good quality pictures, movies and stories. (This is great for paying customers)

Some people exagerate of course, but they are not a significant number, and they don't represent the vast majority of the webmasters out there.

Also, I would not underestimate revenues generated by sites like thehun for the entire industry. From his banners, I think he has like 70k+ clicks a day. Now add how many clicks to sponsors the 70 galleries he list everyday generates. This is more then what he sends himself with his own advertising.

You can't ingnore this out of the equation.

I think we all underestimate the role of pay sites! These guys definitely have the power to change things...

Nothing against TheHun, Worldsex - they have traffic, but how many % are freeloaders and should these surfersreally get 20+ high quality pics galleries for free?! Quality and not quantity is what pay sites are looking for.

TO MAKE IT SHORT AND SIMPLE: THE BIG PAY SITE COMPANIES DECIDE ABOUT THE FUTURE...

For sure tons for free doesn't help, BUT, the way you present things are not so realistic. Internet is a huge village that gives you opportunities to make money with different ways. AVS sites don't offer from free almost anything and there's a whole army out there that makes grands per month from doing such sites. I know tgp owner with 120.000/day that make $5.000 and I know tgp owner with 40.000/day surfers that makes $6000/month. Freesites offer much more for free than tgp galleries and most people make more money from freesites.
TGP2 model doesn't need to overpass any other model to be called succesful.

KK, you know I love ya, but FreeSites aren't as evil as you think. http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/smile.gif The big guys aren't breaking the back of the industry, this industry is just like every other one. They just push the limit the farthest. We bitched about AL4A and thehun 5 years ago. They were "stealing" bandwidth then. They were killing the industry. They wouldn't last. Free hosts came along, they wouldn't last. So what has changed since then?

Nothing. Sites have come and gone. Prices for bandwidth keep going down. The standard for quality on the net keeps going up. Home connections are becoming faster. Computers are becoming faster, more capable, and more tied in with other media and comunication products. People do expect things from the insides of paysites now. 4 years ago you could start a paysite with 500 pictures, a couple silent movie feeds, charge 14.95 a month and it was cool. Then the big guys kept adding feeds, adding content, adding design, and have pushed the cost per month to nearly $40.00 a month. And for what? Some 2"x3" jerky movie with 1 channel sound. That sucks. For $40 a month some guy can order 2 porn DVDs and have him shipped to his door. That's hours of DVD quality content!! Compared to a bunch of shit that he has to download each time he's online, tons of feeds that are hard to sort through andkind of work, a bunch of regurgitated pics, and any other hassle that can come from working online. The surfer continues to want more. The market will give the surfer exactly what the market supports. And as long as the barrier of entry is so low in this industry, it will continue to leave very tight margins for those in it. It still a maturing industry...try as you might to rush it, it will find it's equilibrium in it's own due time.

People are fickle. They always want more. That makes them pretty damn predictable. Given the choice between a 300x400 still shot and a Digital wide screen movie updated 30 times a second, with 6 channels of digital sound, 4 different viewing angles, big screen quality, interactive menues, and 4 hours of non-stop playing...I will choose the latter. The net isn't there yet. Just give it time.
