FUCK Dell power adapters
 

I'm on my fourth out-of-warranty dell power supply adapter.

They stick out of the back of the machie and the way they are constructed they always seem to lead to some irrepariable damage inside the moglded part of the connector for me.

To top it off, I guess this model of adapter is prone to spontaneously catching on fire and burning peoples houses down or something? (They had a recall recently)

Fuck dell and their shitty disposable adapters.

buy an aftermarket adapter, it will probably work better....


For what its worth, the company I work for used to give out Dell laptops, but had to switch to IBM because the Dells kept breaking

Yeah, the Dell power adapters have some major issues. I hate my laptop because of it.
