a good treadmill or elliptical machine?

i want to buy a new trainer, any reccomendations?

I HATE the treadmill! The elliptical machine is pretty much the only thing I do in the gym. Can't remember which brand they have there... (I guess it means I should go more often!). :)

i've also been wondering about this. Would like to pick something up soon for me and my girlfriend to workout with.

yaaaaa fuck its been pissing me off, i want this machine that is a mix between an elliptical and a stairclimber, i cant find it anywhere grrrrrrrr. :Grrrrrr

a stair climber would be great for high intensity cardio with less impact on your knees... i'd go with that

yes its just like this BUT there is no long bar in the back where u have to take long bulky strides, and the silver part goes on an incline, grrrrr i wish i knew wat it was its gonna drive me nuts.

you dont' need long strides - and the silver part actually raises and lowers so as to target different leg muscles so you can work out longer without getting tired.

that is one of the top of line residentual units possible to purchase on the market today.
