Christian porn site owner = Sexually confused, repressed, probably sexually abused as a child and now finds the same sex appealing. The men often dress in women's clothes and tell everyone that they shave their legs and wax because they are "swimmers."

Nobody trusts them because of their appearance and they also frequently appear on edge, disoriented and on the verge of a breakdown.

They are hypocrites but not smart enough to recognize it. They hate themselves and lash out at others to relieve their self-hate.

I was raised Catholic. I have a problem with religions that brainwash people, hate/steal etc in the name of God.

I believe in God or a higher being, I just don't know what exactly and I'm always open to learning.

I'm not sure what to say - what a strange conversation though. I do imagine that there are a number of people that grapple with religion in our industry. I can see where religion and porn could possibly cause some internal conflict in people. However, I always say more power to you if you can stand up for what you believe in (ex: he's going to follow his beliefs and leave the industry). I support freedom of speech/belief whether I agree or not with what the person is saying. However, there is a fine line that shouldn't be crossed with respecting that others might not share your views and trying to convert them to thinking your way.

What I get out of that conversation is that he wants to be a true Christian, but he is willing to set some of those beliefs aside for the better things in life like having your college education paid for and having the finer things in life.

I guess that was my main problem with religion...those most religious were often those that always found the fault in others and felt they should conform but felt it was ok to ease up on the rules a bit with their own life when it suited them.

I hate religion but I gotta say I find it hiliarious when Christians attack other religions such as Judaism or Islam. Today's Christianity is a joke not even worthy of being called a religion. Jesus is a myth.
