depends on what you want ...SE wise there is not much to go on..... personally I see it as wasted prime real estate. but thats me.....

why is there two different layouts? I dont like it.

Not that I'm an expert on the subject by any means, but the two diffrent lay outs really turns me off. As a rule, you always want the same layout, font, and colors within the site. Just my :2 cents:

I would tear it down and start over again...It's a nice domain and should be treated that way...
