I am. I had my first can of soda in 2 years a couple of days ago. I usually don't touch the stuff. No pork, no red meat (I think I will eat cow this year though) very few sugars. I'm always balancing good carbs and proteins (since waaay before Atkins even had a diet).

1500 lbs of free weights in my house at all times. You get the picture.

Not crazy, but pretty good about it.

Why did you decide to completely quit coffee? I typically drink 8 to 16oz, split up between the morning and the afternoon. Gives me the little boost to get going for work, but also has antioxidants and there is research out that supports the notion that coffee actually enhances athletic performance, by changing the way your brain draws energy and uses muscle during activity. I've also read that elements in coffee have been shown to reduce the risk of Parkinson's, diabetes and colon cancer.

I have also heard that coffee next to heavy drinking is a leading cause in prostate cancer.
