Ever felt so good that you feel horrible?

It's something I can't really explain... I have a great girl upstairs who is pregnant with my unborn child... I'm back close to home and going to be spending Christmas with my family again for the first time in years. Things are good generally.

And yet... here I am, at my computer downstairs wondering why I feel so bad all of a sudden. There's no real reason for it, and I keep going over all the things to be thankful for and happy about... and feeling miserable.

WTF is wrong with me????

She spends most of her time feeling sick... rubbing her feet is something I do only when it doesn't turn her stomach. Right now, my letting her sleep and not bothering her is the best thing I can do... I think.

Wow, that sounds like something I'd only hear on Star Trek.

But if I understand that right, I think you and baddog might be right.
