They are currently down because their server is down i believe. Not sure as to the reason. Their sites went down a few weeks ago because they were trying to clear out their server, because they were sued by AOL for spamming and didnt fight the judgement. The owner of the company then had to get everything out of his name and instead put it in his fathers name. They have changed names of their company 3 times in the past year. They were stealing AOL addresses to spam their sites and services. They used to have 3 physical offices in Las Vegas and Memphis that housed 20 to 30 people manually spamming Yahoo and MSN chat rooms, however with the judgment, they closed them down for fear of being shut down. On a side note they are also being sued by Microsoft for stealing Windows serial numbers for their computers. Also there models are not being paid. And its not a $$ issue, the company has plenty, just how they do business.

As to their Signup4cash program. They shave. HARD. They have it set up at between 35 and 50% in there internal stats program.

I know because i recently worked there.
