Yep thats right im offering 500$ per lead that closes.

we call , prescreen ,take application etc..

We are Loan oficers.

Stop making 10-15-20 per lead when u can make 500$

avg guys making 2k per day on 9 to 15 leads.. that 10 times the cash ..

HOW ? same way.. we host a form you send the email
WHY ? no middleman
WHEN ? we close leads 5 to 14 days after application done.. when it closes you get paid same day.

not really we take all kinds of traffic.

and yes a commission from bank on loans is 1.5 to 5k per loan.. so theres room for your 500$

yeah he can do this, more than this he would have some problems with RESPA
I am in the real estate investing business, trust me, $500 can be paid
I know a list of people that I am good friends with that could pay much more with just the slightest more work, but for the typical webmaster not in the biz, do it for the $500

Let me get this straight....you make $5k-$9k by filing a couple of papers and making a couple of phone calls. And I make $500 for doing the hardest part of your job for you (finding leads that close) ? uhmmmm no thanks.

Interesting. Very interesting. Before I say this is a good deal I would have to know industrywide lead-to-close ratios. If it's 1:25 or higher you have a decent deal. But, who the hell knows. That info is never been given to most lead generators. Anyone have a idea on the averages?

I've trusted my sites to them for over a decade...

yes we close 1 to lower then 10.. means 1 out of 8 to 9 leads does a close

1.95% refinance.. all the USA.. come on. we the best ;)

I used to do mortgages part-time. It doesn't take a fucking rocket scientist...especially if you have people bringing you guaranteed leads.

All of you idiots are getting bent over minus the lube. Find a local mortgage office...they'll higher any scumball off the street. Make your own money.

As for me...I make real money now. 5 mortgages a month couldn't see what I'm making.
