Sosa,

If you believe there is a problem, please contact our Client Support department with your account number so we can look into the issue for you.

BVF 12-23-2004 06:52 PM

More work + less whining = more $$$

iBanker 12-23-2004 06:53 PM

Same here, numbers are WAYYYYYY off with the same day in day out great traffic. Something has got to be wrong here. We have torn apart our end, found nothing....

This sucks.

Furious_Male 12-23-2004 06:54 PM

Eb and flow. Go with it and you will decrease your chances of developing an ulcer.

CCbill

Heard that too, from other sites, but our referral's sales are absolutely fine.
At least the daily / amount. I heard about another site being down by 50% in the last two days, but I don't think it's CCbill related.
Our volumes are so steady, and so high, that we would immediately notice a difference, if CCbill had a problem, as we did immediately notice in the past. This time, we really do not see anything wrong with them.

I did 1:100 raw with you, in december 1:650. The traffic is so targetted, I doubt it could be even more. :) I hope its december, not ccbill.

Can you email me your referral ID ([email protected]).
I want to take a look at some numbers.
Thanks,

This type of post comes up way too much about ccbill by different webmasters. Got to be something to it other then whining, and I am seeing the exact same thing. :2 cents:

I'm tempted to post the numbers, to demonstrate that there's no shift in sales for referrers...
To increase the chances for referrers, and avoid cookie blocking, MET-ART is also carrying the referral ID through the tour, embedded in the URL.

Test it:
http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clic...PA=37831&BAN=1
You'll see on top of the URL the referral ID following the pages.
That's in addition to the regular cookie. It works with us, I do not know about the others, since the change was made on our request, specifically for us, and to help referrers sell more.

Sincerely,
MET Staff

Checked the stats for this account.
Weekly ratios are:

1/244, or 1/171 (without, and with rebills).
This week has been the best, :smokin compared to November, and October.
No 1/650 in sight. Perhaps stats were crazy, and not showing up.

Sincerely,
MET Staff

What do you mean by this? As soon as i click somewhere, the urlbar is "clean" just like any other ccbill programs...

Johny Traffic 12-24-2004 08:11 AM

Im usually on these threads complaining about my ccbill stats too.

But this month has been my best all your from my own sites and my sponsors using CCBill too. By a long way too :bigears

JoeA 12-24-2004 09:04 AM

I love CCBill ...

but I'm having a crap December compared to the past but I think it's due to lack of money and not CCBill.

It was so quiet, I got them to do a test sale and it went through... One of my sites has just stopped dead this week and traffic is up.. Maybe I'm giving the surfers too much free stuff... Maybe we all are as we compete to get them to sign up.

We never used to have FHG and now we can't do without it.. We all have the free material in folders and surfers can just change an htm and go through the whole lot and not pay one cent...

And to add to our problems our only real processor in the UK has just stopped, thanks to Visa EU :( Unlike a certain US processor who keeps making promises to you guys and who if you call, never give you a straight answer.

I'd like to say thanks to Global Charge/Coulomb for calling all of us individually as you had news to give us, to explain what was happening. Our final payout is due on Jan 8th and we are getting 85% of the moneies owed with just 15% being held back in case of chargebacks. We as their clients all agreed to say nothing till we had the final news as we didn't want to start an IBill style war...

So if anyone at Global Charge reads this.. Thanks guys for all you've done for us and specially for keeping your word so far. You said we'd get 100% this month and we did and on time :) If you can get another merchant bank.. we'll be back :)

For those of you who use their diallers... They are still going strong... The processing side of their business was completely separate..

Because today, or in the next couple of days, we're making the final implementation, and we turned off the carry over.
It's not been live for long, and we're still tweaking it.

It's working fully now. We managed to make the final changes.

You can see how the referral code carries over the pages, including the signup page. That is in addition to the cookie, but this way blocked cookies will not make you lose the sale.
