Yes, im not sure what is missing but something is wrong. I just wasnt sure if it was me or other people are seeing the same thing.

err must be the lack of coffee but i dont get it, what used to be there ? looked at it with IE and FF (yes got that now)

i think theres a bug for superusers not being able to load attachments
