Anybody Try The 'Raw Food' Diet?

Alright, I know asking a bunch of wiseguys if they use the Raw Food diet is asking for snaps back, but I'm just asking anyway.

Seems like the people I know who are on it actually look far younger than their years! Active too.

Guess there's something to say about being nutritionally conscious.
