ccbill payments
 

What should have been wired to my account last week, is still listed as "outstanding".
I have never had this happen before and with another payment due out from ccbill tomorrow (Friday), it's kind of worrying.

Has anyone else had this happen this week? (Or previously)



Before anyone asks - Yes, I have written to accounts - No reply as of yet.

I get checks not wires, they keep comming through the door no problem, did you phone them dude?

No - Don't like the half hour wait on hold listening to crap music!

maybe you're under your minimum payout? My wire this week came in perfectly like always.

half hour on hold might be better than a week of waiting and not knowing if you will get paid or not

I've never had to wait longer than 5 seconds on the phone, they asnwer isntantly when I call. Try emailing, or call again.

No problems here. In fact I get my wires early.

Several thousand percent over the minimum -


Spoke to Paul and was assured everything was ok ccbilll's end and then contacted the bank - Problem found and then sorted.

Having been with ccbill since a few weeks after they started, this is the first wayward payment from them - And - As I suspected, it wasn't their fault. My original post is most certainly not bashing ccbill in any way.

I got my check no problems

My wires are always paid in on a Monday but I often see them showing as uncleared for a couple of days after in my stats.. I know the money is there as I've spent it.. LOL

And I'm glad you got your money..
