Know about Webair hosting? Their support is sub-par.
Does Webair's shared hosting package include a dedicated IP?
It seems as though I get better answers (or at least a response) in forums rather than contacting Webair (or any web host for that matter) directly. |

I switched from Webair to EV1 Servers, and am pretty happy with the switch. Webair's customer service was poor. It took a long time to get a response sometimes, even when trying to upgrade. EV1 sets up your server as soon as payment is received, and they respond to trouble tickets usually within the hour, if not within minutes. Plus they've got a user forum which is quite helpful.

Why are they calling Webair resellers? That's pretty far from the truth. It's not like they are 2 21 year old kids running a company that you would see on Webhostingtalk. Webair is a top notch real company. I have hosted with most of the companies that focus on porn and I can say that I am 100% happy with Webair.

webair is fantastic. their tech support is on point. did you try calling their 800 number? or try their live-support? or even icq one of their staff? i have 30 sites with webair and i can sleep good at night knowing they're up and running smoothly all the time |

Webair does have fast, stable tier 1 bandwidth though.

I have to admit that their help and sales is lacking. My sites have been rock solid but it seems sometimes thay are shooting form the hip and don't have all the basic answers they should at their fingertips.
I have to say that my otrher host in my sig has given me the best help and seervice for years now. Dont get me wrong webair is good. They just need to get the CP and overall website redesigned. Better help screens and better training. They are priced right, stats are better than most and my uptime has been great. :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup 3 out of 5 thumbs up. |

i've called their number and gotten support and also gotten support online with no problem. |
