got it on my desktop have to install it, how many of you take a look if the sites are ff compatible ? been getting some complaints lately... dont wanna miss out on signups or affiliates not being able to signup...

smart. I'm pushing the shit out of firefox, I think everyone should use it.

im a total noob on ff, so can i just install it next to IE ? without messing up network stuff...

You can install it without any problems whatsoever, and once you get used to it, it's much much better than IE.

i spent two hours last night just making sure my site looked the exact same in firefox as IE, a lot more people are using it so its a good thing to do :upsidedow

Yep - I run Firefox and IE together when I'm doing work for clients. There really are some sites out there that just aren't compatible with FF but people have got to start changing that because I read somewhere that FF usage is up to as high as 10% of surfers now.

close to 12% now yes, never bothered till i saw a signup page of a cashprg on FF and not even being able to fill in the fields...

Don't be scared, it won't hurt you at all. Just install it, you can import your bookmarks etc, no problem at all.

lol well i always thought oh no firefox nerds but IE and the popups and some virii that managed to get through despite all the norton bitdefender etc etc really pisses me off

I'm not entirely sure how accurate these browser stats are but my own server logs say 12% Mozilla, which is up by 2% in the last month.

firefox is nice, but I prefer mozilla...I'm lazy and like all my apps bundled in...calendar, mail, newsgroups, etc...

your browser has nothing to do with your network settings. A browser is just an application like any other that utilizes your network.

I have auto-redirects on some pages using JS that don't work in Firefox. I just add "If you are not automatically re-directed, click here". I'll have to find out how to tweak the code for FF.

Good point. FF's been gaining ground lately due to all the bullshit MSFT security flaws. :love-smil = Microsoft

well i installed FF not bad at all, looks like all our sites are cool only some tables are messed up, must say have to adapt to the way it builds pages but its nice the extra information in the adress bar and the way it displays messages (set by page etc)
