Don't chug Slimfast
 

Ever notice if you chug a Slimfast shake, you get a horrible feeling like there's a 2lb rock wedged in the top of your stomach 10 minutes later?

I noticed.

Dieting is all about eating and drinking slowly. ;)

Never touched the stuff....thought it ate away at your stomach lining

You don't need slimfast.

its full of sugar and keeps the people who drink it from getting "slim fast"

I have been naughty with the turkey and stuffing and chocolates. Therefore I am wanting to slim back down before Vegas. Don't worry, I'm not going all anorexic on you. I just need to shake 6lbs or so :)

yeah exactly, chugging pretty much defeats the purpose of slimfast. it takes your body 20 minutes or so until you realize you're full.

and there are a lot better diet drinks to drink :-) Slim Fast has so many carbs in it from pure sugar, its not that good for you :-)
