It's been disabled and I can bet a very big reason for this would be that vb3 will take HOURS to index all of these posts. I've run it on much smaller boards and it took a very long time. But once done, the search runs very smoothly.

should be only available to people that are webmasters that would make it a good feature and keep the garbage that posts here from slowing it down
