What is a good alternative to paypal/stormpay? Other than Epassporte, which sucks.

how do you figure epassporte sucks?

I signed up for an account a few months ago and was unable to log in. I emailed them, and after several days they corrected the problem. A few days later, I couldn't log in again. I emailed them again. They never replied. I eventually gave up. I figure that sucks.
