Didnt actually realise it wasnt compliant. We are relitivily new to the Internet side of things with the majority of our stuff being made for DVD and satelite channels.

If you could advice us how to make it compliant that would be excellent and we would treat you very well in Vegas.

You need the real name of your custodian of records and the actual physical address of where he/she and those records are located.

I'm not real familiar with London but a basic Google search suggests that perhaps this is not where the records would be kept and there is no name associated with it.
