Incorrect. Most sites on the net have a 0 pr. If he was in the Google index, and now is not, then he is banned.

Okay. google.com-->search your www.domain.whatever (important DO NOT LEAVE OUT THE WWW). If you showed up before and now you don't wait 48 hours and try again. If your domain still does not show up under your www.domainname. whatever, you are 'ganned' or never googled. Goggle will not send an email either way.
