Ibill - at it again - No EU payments
Hey,
Just read on another board, that todays payments from IbillEU hadnt gone out.... Hmmm - what does the CMI say about this? (I thought the cash that usually reaches me round the 15th was said to be delayed to the 17th - and now they started talking about a delay on the payment after that....sigh :( ) |
|
:1orglaugh
Yeah....and btw, didnt they say they stopped US payments to fund EU payments? (not that thats cleaver nor nice :321GFY ) |
but but but.. there were so many saying they trust IBill and we were all idiots for not beleiving everything they told us..

I don't think anyone thinks you are an idiot for not believing in them.
But there are lots of people that want to believe they are trying to stay in the game. We need them in the game. We need them to stay in business if we are gonna get paid if nothing else. I want Ibill to succeed, and don't know why people that are owed money by them would laugh at the prospect of losing what they are owed. |
All I got to say is Ibill Bob's picture says it all...
I just finished lauging when I saw that for about 5 minutes Great Photo |
looks like right now they arent paying anyone. well it IS christmas time, those execs need their christmas bonuses.
who else is looking forward to visiting the Ibill booth at internext :) I wonder if they will hire a police guard ? |
I'm hoping for a wire before the 25th. The EU money should all be there for the payout.
|
hoping? Man US revshares still haven't been paid since Sept 22. After today they will be two payments behind, I think they have run out of money. :Grrrrrr
|
I wonder if they actually dare show up to Internext

iBill Update:
The purpose of this communication is to provide an overview of iBill?s current status. In light of the financial situation due to issues with our previous processor, difficulties have been encountered recently in regards to payouts and promissory notes. We understand the uncertainty these difficulties present to our clients. This was not our intention and we want to inform our clients that we ARE moving forward. iBill has been processing for over nine years and we continue to be committed to the industry. All decisions made are to ensure the long-term viability of iBill and allow for clients to be paid on all monies owed. We understand that we have made commitments which have been unfortunately delayed. We are currently working to secure capital which will assist in bringing payouts back on schedule. In addition, progress is being made in negotiations with our previous processor for the release of funds. These funds will be directly paid out to our clients. Please bear with us as we work through these issues. Be assured that we will be back on schedule shortly and these issues will be behind us in the near future. Please continue to check CMI for further updates as they become available. |
Hmmm
At least no real fake promises in that one. I dunno what to believe anymore.... |

First is, moving forward means nothing - just words. Second is - is there a lack of pens in the iBill offices that inhibit them from lifting one and signing promissory notes? This operation is dead - even if they manage thru their current problems. |
And is anyone surprised about this at all?

Banks are fickle and unreliable in any situation and they go bust as well. I've done two banks so far and raided every dime (almost!) before they went bust and iBill ain't no different. There are also normally valid reasons for a bank to pull out from a customer. Basically the verbal on the CMI is down to desperation level - I doubt they will exist in 30 days. It's now a matter of who hits em first in court. |
Those phantom promissory notes have not turned into reality because no one at iBill is prepared to put their name on the bottom line
either that or there's no none left there with the authority to sign them. |
You really dont want to see them fail , less competition is not good .Trust me on this.

Interesting. We recieved a wire from iBill EU yesterday. I believe it was for part of November.
I don't see how iBill is going to pull out of this mess. Is anyone sending new traffic to them? I'm glad they're paying us, but its going to be a long time before we send anything more than token traffic to them. I really hope they can solve their situation. They owe us a tidy sum for September/October and still have a large number of our rebills. If they pulled a WSB or Globill we'd be out an unmentionable sum. Hmmmm. Maybe now is the time to try to negotiate better terms. By not paying out they've got the adult webmaster community over a barrel. Of course by not sending new traffic to iBill, the webmaster community also has them over a barrel. However, regardless of what iBill does, adult will survive. IBill won't survive without the cooperation of adult. I wonder how far they'll go? |
:(
I really hope they'll survive and pay everyone. |
