question on meta tags and seacrh engines
 

I have couple of questions to ask about search engines and meta tags.
1) What is the max number of keywords i can use in a meta tag?
2) what happens if i copy and paste the meta keywords to the page on visible colors?(will it improve my keyword relevancy to page content?
3) Are there any software or service that you have tried for submissions which was satisfactory?

Any help will be appreciated.
