What program/software gives you the ability to create your own private tables and run your own tournament?

Both Play/Real Money.

nothing without putting alot of $$$ in

that's not what i meant, i mean which poker software allows you to do that... for example partypoker.

there are ones that do and offer a revshare, but they still charge alot upfront, the one i know of charges $50k upfront and offers a 70-30 split, you still need to cover the processing though
