Skiing is for fags only. Real enthusiasts take up snowboarding
the only cool skiers are the one who do nu-skool park tricks and also big-mountain skiers.
the avg. middle aged dork wearing a one-piece at Vail is a real tool. :1orglaugh |
shouldn't you be in school at this time?
|
no way, those small skis that are like 3 foot are really fun
|
i hope you snowboard off a mountain and die a fucked up death

Older people generally can't snowboard (the balance involved is too overwhelming).
Skiing is way too easy... Not only do you have two independent platforms, but you have two poles. |

Can you give away your Liver already so we can stop seeing your Lame Ass Posts!!!!!!!!!!!

Truth is, none of you dorks are any good in both. You only think you can ski or snowboard. Skiing/riding groomers doesn't make you an expert. Get back to me if you can proffieciently handle 2-3 feet of fresh powder, trees, steeps and handle 15+ feet drops.

yea, my brothers keeps trying to talk me into sno boarding but every time I turn around they have broken wrists. lol I grew up waterskiing and tried wakeboading and havent looked back but I think thats different. You cant catch air on water skiis but you can on wakeboards. But the sno it makes no difference both catch air |

Your avg. middle aged dork who skies at Vail does so because he can afford to bring his girlfriend to a ritzy ski resort. You know, the girlfriend that prolly went to high school with the same snowboarding homos who like to think that they are all that, except that they'll prolly end up on skid row, handing out blowjobs for $ 2..... |

I'm definately not trying to get a workout.... :) Save that for my wakeboarding :) http://www.wwwdezignz.com/mike/mike_wake_300k.wmv Long video... but I'm busting ! :) |
skied for 10 and boarded for 12... most skiers I know that have tried boarding prefer it over skiing depending on the conditions. two edges are better for ice but boarding is much more fun in powder... Go to Mt. Baker :) it's a boarders mountain:thumbsup

LOL ... bet you have never tried freeheelin - the steep learning curve and physical output is what most couch-potatoes/people cannot handle. Too demanding, so I understand the appeal of the grey-tray. In addition, every one and their sheep are sporting a tray, so I guess what the majority of people are doing must depict what is cool. Guess I am not.
Could you please explain the difference from 'big-mountain' skiers and skiers? Yah, jibbin is cool, as are most of the snow-sliding disciplines, with the exception of snow-blades (MHO). Yes, one-piece suits suck, as does everything from the 80's. WTF is up with Jean-looking snowboard pants - I laugh at anyone sporting one-piecers as well jeans at the hill, now people want to actually look like knobs ? next boarders will have mock one-piece suits. |

BINGO Ironlung! no matter the consistency, I'll shred, but only on tele gear. Oh yah ... I actuallly earn my turns, being I skin and slide. |
im not a couch potatoe, i surf 3-4 times a week wich is way more physical than skiing could ever be
when i go "skiing" in north carolina, im not jumping off cliffs and dodging trees in 3 foot powder, every sport has its extremes, jumping off 30 foot cliffs and what not is pretty extreme, when your pushing to the limitis and risking your life its extreme |
