Kids, Jobs at Risk

Aside from the extreme nuisance factor presented by uncontrollable Web windows, the court found that there was a risk to children from seeing pornographic images. In addition, employees whose computers showed porn images, however inadvertently, could find their jobs at risk because of company policies.

This sounds like a job for Internet Eraser!!

It's not the same as a CJ site, really.

He got in trouble cuz he bought domains like cartooonnetwork.com to trap people into pornhell when they weren't looking for porn in the first place.

What sounds crazy is that he made almost 1million doing it! Or did I read that wrong?

well that is part of what that one guy did, however:

quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Federal Trade Commission on Monday forced the closure of thousands of Web sites allegedly used to trap surfers and subject them to an uncontrollable barrage of Web pages, advertising everything from sweepstakes to hard-core pornography. Users had to re-start their computers in order to escape the onslaught.

CJ's gone? Shutting down websites that teach consumers clicking on porn links is a bad thing?

I don't see a problem with the ruling.

After starting my first CJ this week, I'll add this....

Any cj who leads the surfer into an UNSTOPPABLE popup hell should be closed down...period.

1. thats just stupid...do you think a surfer unable to close his popping up browser windows will buy anything? He's too busy trying to close 10000000 windows...where in the hell would he find time to pull out the CC?

2. All sites that say "LOLITA LOLITA LOLITA" should be closed also...becuase one...child porn is fucking sickening and anyone who has an interest in it can come to my house and I will personally beat the ever loving hell out of you. two, child porn is illegal and telling people they will get "lolita" pics or pics of underage models and then advertising a mature site on your "lolita" page...you could easily have 100k hits and not make a single sale.

After being up 32hrs theres my 2c.
