have you go through mailing the darn thing, making you
think that your getting a check for the amount. Only find
out that it's a gift cert from that store for whatever the

we have a chain here that set up shop called compusmart. EVERYTHING there has mail in rebates it seems. You have to send in the original UPC code to get your rebait. Problem is that without the original UPC code you CANNOT return or exchange anything should problems arise with the product.

Friend of mine sent in his rebate on a scanner once that he bought there/ the thing stopped working and he couldn't return it.

They are not that bad, you can get some really great deals with rebates...
