    I just found this written on a piece of paper in the bathroom at work

    "AP and UPI reported yesterday that the French Government announced yesterday it was raising it's terror alert from "run" to "hide"

    The only two higher levels in France are "Surrender" and "Collaborate"

    The rasie was precipitated by the recent fire which destroyed one of Frances white flag factories, thereby disabling their military

    Is this supposed to be funny? Is this the way that Americans treat their ineptness with foriegn policy? Is it any wonder that chimpanzee won in November? It's not even humorous. It's stupid.
