Netbilling the good the bad and the ugly
 

guys just looking to put some secuirty in my back pocket and considering a merchant acct, give me some feedback on netbilling, tough to deal with, piece of cake, landmines to watch out for, let me know what you think on the whole subject

No problems here... Good rates, good service, and you'll love having complete control over your members accounts.

I've heard nothing but good things. I've been thinking of switching to Netbilling since that whole iBill fiasco!

Netbilling is a top notch biz. We have been with them for a while and are very happy with their company and customer service. No complaints at all.

netbilling is just the gateway, people always seem to forget that, although they are the best in that respect, worry bout a solid merchant account first:2 cents:

That is so true. Netbilling is top notch but having your own merchant account is no guarantee, they get closed all the time and not for too many chargebacks, but "just because we don't want to do adult any more", ask all the guys that lost their accounts with card services awhile back (me included) for no reason other then "just because". And Netbilling has no control over your merchant account.

people always think netbilling is the merchant acoount, unfortunately they are not, but their gateway and fraud features rock.
