I don't think they can completely close all of them, there's tons popping up all the time. Some even specialize in porn files only (many containing seeds of long movies with popups/DRM request window pops). The use of torrent sites for porn p2p marketing is mentioned in a past post at the free traffic blog -- http://justtraffic.blogspot.com
