The UN weapons inspectors who were run out of Iraq said Iraq was rebuilding its bio-chemical weapons program. The bio terrorism in the USA seems to be the work of person or persons with a small amount of Anthrax sending it to the highest profile media and political targets to get the most bang for the buck.
