Help burning VCD from raw files
 

I just downloaded two VCD's in raw file format, and for the life of me I can't figure out how to burn them to a playable VCD in Nero?

Each VCD downloaded with the following directories in the root:

EXT
MPEGAV
VCD

Now I know if you create a VCD with Nero, it will create these folders for you automatically. I tried this, and tried to overwrite the default folders with the ones I downloaded -- but Nero didn't like that. I then tried to simply create a regular ISO CD with these folders on the root -- but the players don't recognize the burnt "VCD" as a movie.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
