As of the 1st of November, all checks and wire transfers will be delayed by 7 days. Payouts will go out within 1-5 business days of the 7th and 22nd. The payout for the second period of October will be made on or about Nov 7th. The payout for the 1st period of November will be on or about the 22nd of Nov. All future payouts will follow this pattern. This is necessary due to the merger with PremiumNetPass. The rebills for premium sites can take up to 6 days to be charged. This means that if the rebill is denied on the day it is due, the credit card processor tries for 6 more days to process the transaction. If it is unable to be billed, it is not renewed. This new policy will insure you are paid for the correct number of sales and is UNAVOIDABLE at this time. If we kept our current pay dates, there would be many recurring sales not credited in time and would result in you being underpaid. Currently this is the only way we can assure that all payments are accurate. !
All other systems have a similar delay for the same reasons. Please contact Sean in the accounting department with questions and concerns.
