Login via telnet or SSH and type: 'df' without the quotes.
The result will be the statistics of the various filesystems you have on your server.

I'd start with downloading an SSH client http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/smile.gif You can get one (SecureCRT) at www.vandyke.com

First off do you know whether or not you need to connect to your box via SSH?

Regarless... Putty is free and pretty damn simple to use.
