So which countires would you say have the least % of CB, and which countries have the higest % of CB?

israel is the highest chargeback hotbed for us, we banned all transactions from there last year..

You really have to scrub all transaction carefully from all countries, but some defiant red flags are Romania, Russia, Denmark, Middle East countries, India, Pakistan, Thiland & .....
