I've been trying to contact them for days now, and nobody cares to email me back a simple answer.

Does anyone have a contact info other than their emails?

Unfortunately not.. but they don't hurry to reply their emails.. and their pay site was also down for days. I am waiting for a reply for 2 weeks too.
