You really should change the default search values on your main page. The defaults are currently "female looking for male." A fair majority of your surfers will be male.

The partner program has been in business for a little over a year now. We have been in the industry since 1996, started off with http://www.freesex.com back in the days. You are not dealing with kids from the block.

The truth is, most of the visitors are males, hence it would be better as you suggested, but this way can attract the few female visitors out there. We tested it and it turned out better with the registered male/female ratios.

I think you need to buy a lot of sigs, or why don't you start a 10000 posts contest or something like that :)

the fact that a member does not have to confirm their email is a good thing

It is good for the surfer who is signing up; they do not have to wait for 10 minutes to get confirmation mail. They can complete the signup process right then. We check for bounced emails, if there mail comes back, then have them correct it.

All the profiles are manually approved by our staff, mostly if they find something to be fake, they are not approved.

I have taken your word that the profile is fake and it has been removed from our network. Usually with the fake profiles, even it gets approved, members do not ever log back into the system. If you think there are any others, I would be happy to take them off too.

And the picture you posted would definitely never get approved.
