its pretty easy but i would say playing a round is the best tutorial u can get. Doing it for yourself is always better then reading tutorials

SleazyDream 12-20-2004 02:17 AM

2005 is right around the corner, and it doesn't occur to you to look up "poker quick guide" on Google? :thumbsup

You're not alone Quiet. I'm a hardcore Vegas addicted gambler but I don't understand poker. Not only that, there seems to be 1192 different versions of poker for me to not understand. Mai Tai, Texas Holdem, Long John Stud... I don't get it.

I'll stick to roulette and blackjack.

It takes a minute to learn and a lifetime to master

blackjack (used) to be my game too. i quit playing around 4 years ago though.

i can't believe the size of the bets they're doing - hundreds of thousands of dollars in the pot. damn.

are you sure you dont want to tell us how you watched it from a private jetplane while doing rails of coke as pure as the driven snow, while throwing midgets off the plane with no chute, 'just because you can' ?

KRL 12-20-2004 02:45 AM

Quiet - On another thread you mentioned getting Sex.com.

I'm on that target next. Hit me up if you want to join the posse. Not going to be easy but I think we can make him an offer he won't be able to refuse.

No.

Tournament chips do not represent real dollars.

In the 2004 WSOP Greg Raymer had over 25 million in chips at the end but only won $5 million. Poor guy.

I figured out the rules by watching the world poker tour. I've never played for real money. Don't fancy myself as much of a player.
